The place is always clean, food is always good *but I almost always lacked some of my order and there were times when I waited 30 minutes for just one smoothie. I didn't go there in a while, just because, and I honestly would give the place fewer stars. But I stopped today, and fortunately it wasn't as slow as normal and Dani was super sweet! Dani was super friendly, and chatted with me and made sure I really had everything I needed. (Thank you again! Moreover, it is always nice to rent a company people who have tattoos and do not discriminate against this- so it was nice to see also.
Eating has always been good so far, which is absolutely terrible, how incredibly long it takes by the ride.... if there are more than 3 cars going before you and throw it into the park because you wait for a 20 minutes to minimum. Seriously, the slowest ride I ever threw. I'm not sure if it's short, or if it takes so long to prepare the articles, but in any case someone really needs the amount of time it takes. It also seems that people who operate the drive always seem slightly upset when they take orders, they simply give the mood as you disturb them... finally, the food is good, but are prepared for a long wait and less than enthusiastic employees. Lots of space to improve.
Terrible experience! I'm regularly at the Tropical Smoothie of St. Joseph's Hospital and I never had a problem there. I visited poolers on the other day and the order lasted 25 minutes. The worst part is that after I had my Chipotle Chicken Club and left, I realized that the package had only a small piece of chicken, a half of bacon, no tomatoes, and the rest was Chipotle sauce and salad.... so much salad that much fell out when I took it. So if you like Chipotle Lettuce packaging, go to Pooler. If you want a good Chipotle Chicken Club Wrap, go to Abercorn from St. Joseph's Hospital. Sorry Pooler, never again!
Amazing smoothness, but the speed with which they come to you seems strongly dependent on the team members who are currently working. Waited 10-15 minutes for my smoothes yesterday and only 6-8 today (after order), otherwise top notch service and very friendly staff. I also have to mention that the smoothies are more affordable than I thought they were if you went somewhere, go here. With the size and quality, they would have sued twice, and I wouldn't be hitting an eye.
Smoothies are good, but it took 10 minutes from walking in the door to even put an order in with only 1 woman in front of me. Waited 30 minutes from ordering to get 2 smoothies. I've experienced similar wait times in the drive thru as well. Only 3 people working on a Saturday afternoon.
