Had potato cake goulash, it was super. Like my grandmas. Have tried almost all their dishes. They are beyond tasty. Give them a try.
Staff was super friendly and the food was great. I would recommend this food truck to anyone. Prices were reasonable for portions.
Grace’s Taste of Poland visited Lakewood Village in Punta Gorda and I tried the Grace's Sampler and let me tell ya, I'm gonna slip into a Polish Food Coma and I'm totally ok with that. Best kielbasa I've ever had...the snap, just a hint of smokiness, not at all greasy, super flavorful and with the onions...killer combination. The potato and cheese pirogis were tender, stuffed just this side of exploding and delicious...gotta try the mushroom ones next time. And let's talk about their potato pancake; big enough to sail across the Peace River! Crunchy golden on the exterior, tender shreds of potato goodness on the inside. If you haven't followed and tried them yet, you're missing out!
What a delicious meal! I have a strong Polish food background and take pride in keeping the traditional recipes alive. I found this restaurant a few months ago but never had a chance to visit, and when I finally went back, it was closed. But yesterday, I hit the jackpot! I tried the goulash, meatballs, cauliflower, and sampled a variety of pierogi. It all tasted just like my grandmother's cooking. The pierogi were especially amazing, delicate and flavorful. The deconstructed hollow rolls were perfect. The goulash brought me back to my time living in Central Europe. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I will definitely be returning.
