The Lock Wood Fired Pizza

This review will probably change to a five-star once I dine in. Drove an hour and 40 minutes to get to this place very friendly staff maybe owners the pizza was good and the Roman style pizza was also very good. You want to try something different I definitely recommend the Roman Style. But they were both very good pizzas

Was looking forward to trying this pizza based on the reviews here. Must say i was disappointed. Not sure if its because they are operating out of the trailer right now idn. Both my pizzas were not cooked through with raw dough in the center. No black charing from the fire and crazy flop, I lost my toppings because it just flopped so much. It left a bad taste in my mouth from not fully cooked dough. Not sure if id give another try later on here

One bite- everyone knows the rules! Ordered the Roman pepperoni and the hot and honey. Both pizzas were AMAZING! The flavour profile was impeccable. Good undercarriage, the crust was crispy. The cheese was gooey. You can taste every single ingredient as they were, but still a cohesive taste. I would for sure order from this place again.
