My husband and I came back today and my husband had it this time - we both highly recommend it. Very nice, friendly proprietors. We'll definitely be back.
The booths are well worn, the seats are torn. Tables are covered with plastic. Not very inviting. We both ordered chinese soup, one was won ton and the other bbq pork, rice noodle soup. Both of them were tasteless, no flavour at all. We had to use lots of soya sauce and salt. Would not come back to this restaurant.
For your own health and safety, do not eat here. There is a reason why they need a groupon to entice people to come. To start, we were seated in a very sticky and dirty booth where the waitress sprayed windex over the table (and on us) while we were sitting there. After they cleaned the table, the waitress was slow to come back and take our order. The waitress struggled explaining their menu when we asked questions and just asked frustrated. Due to their 100 item menu, we decided to be safe and order the 'fried rice and sweet and sour pork' and 'fried rice with sesame pork. When our food arrived it was the most disgusting slop I have ever seen. Both piles of fried rice looked as if they were sitting out all day with the meat looking like it was five days old and birth. For the pork dishes, the two dishes consisted of what looked like deep fried mystery meat and the only difference was the two sauces poured over it (looks like both just came from a jar). In the menu pictures, the sweet and sour pork shows green peppers, instead it comes with what looked like a whole onion sliced up and pan fried. This was disgusting and I didn't eat it. To add to the horrible food experience, we were joined by 3 house flies and 2 bees while we ate. This restaurant should be shut down.
Not sure why but the quality varies depending on what you order. The hamburgers are very good, the fries are poor. The lunch menu specials are blah, but the soups are good. They definitely need to hire a cook.
We order food here at lunch on a regular basis the house chow Ming is excellent ,I know people at work go for dinner
