I just stayed overnight An idyllic location. A change of scenery is guaranteed when you come from Paris. A warm welcome. Dedicated, professional and always smiling staff. I felt in a real cozy cocoon. The hotel is very clean. The room I occupied was very comfortable with minimalist decoration but full of warmth. The breakfast is plentiful and varied. As for the restaurant, real gastronomy with fresh products, something to delight the taste buds. All at excellent value for money. I can only recommend this hotel restaurant. I will come back to it. It's a good address in Port Saint Louis. I note the freshness of the dishes and the good service. Well stocked plates... last time we were served a little late but there were people there. Service: 5 Location: 5

Emergency solution for one night, no more. Rooms: Not well insulated (conversations from the next room can be overheard . Doors still have to be unlocked and locked with “analog” keys. This makes it loud. In addition, when leaving the hotel, the room keys are hung in a key box that is accessible to everyone (security? Theft protection? . Room 9: Double bed although wide, but mattresses bad or sagging. There is only a bedside table on one side of the bed. There are no sockets in the room to charge smartphones etc. Blackout curtains not sufficient to block out the Christmas lights that are attached to the hotel facade and flash continuously at night. Windows cannot be opened due to the lack of fly screens. Toilet is filled with warm water! Water flushed and toilet lid doesn't hold (falls shut again . Positive: Nespresso machine with capsules and 2 water bottles for free. Room clean. Food drinks: The breakfast for 11 EUR was okay by Mediterranean standards, containing plenty of sweet things (even cakes but neither eggs nor sausage or cheese (sausage and cheese can be ordered for 5 EUR additionally . The restaurant was not open during our stay, so we cannot comment. Noteworthy details: The hotel urgently needs a refresh (exterior, entrance area/reception, hallway to the rooms from the Middle Ages!, room doors, locking mechanism, room furnishings . We enjoyed ourselves! My girlfriend ate the Octopus with Persillade and I the Gnocchi Pesto and Burrata. Both hearty and excellent dishes. A big thank-you ! We will come back, that's for sure!
