Mcdonald's - Port Townsend

I was told the fries I ordered were hot, but they were warm and tasted like the oil was old. I won't shop at this location again. I even suggested I would wait for fresh, hot fries.

Double check your bags to ensure you received everything you ordered. Very rude staff. Lack of customer care. Won’t be coming back!

The people that work here during the day are usually nice. The problem is they updated their hours a week ago and should be open until 11 but they aren't staying open until then. They closed the drive through at 8:40 tonight. Why even update the hours if they aren't going to actually stay open until 11? And according to somebody else they aren't opening at 5 am either... doesn't make sense. Me and my family called pizza factory and they happily took our order.

It's far far too expensive for the terrible quality. Once in a while you'll get decent service, but it's just not worth it.

Posted hours of operation indicated this location would be open and doing business beginning at 5am. I just drove there from the ferry terminal, hoping for a hot cup of coffee and a burrito before I get on the boat no such luck! I arrived at McDonald's at 5:22am and immediately noticed that only half of the outside lights were on so my expectations were already pretty low at that point. I was disappointed but not the least bit surprised to drive around the building and see the drive thru lane completely blocked off. There were clearly employees in the kitchen who didn't/don't want to do their jobs, it seems, but I'm willing to bet they're all clocked in anyway.From the plethora of negative customer service reviews this particular restaurant has and the length of time they've been earning them, it seems clear that this location is in desperate need of some fresh, competent management.If I could have given zero stars, I would have! That's what they earned! Thought I'd give it one more shot, thinking maybe they'd be up and running for the day by now considering it's 5 minutes to 6. Nope. Still blocked off and only half lit up.
