The Noodle Guy - PORT WILLIAMS

Wow, the noodle guy is a hidden gem. The noodle guy stir-fry is a perfect gluten free option packed with flavor and the 'shells ' are in a amazing creamy sauce. Don 't even get me started on the roasted pepper tomaoto sauce from the spaghetti. You need to try it out.

This being my first visit to the Noodle Guy and not knowing what to expect the very helpful staff directed us right to the menu on the wall and took the time to explain each dish to us . We chose a bar style table and waited only a short time to recieve a wonderful meal very full of flavor and well sized portion . We will be sure to return our next visit to the area .

I had the ravioli of the day, which was Garlic and cork cheese with the Caramelized onions on top, and holy moly! Hands down the best tasting thing I've ever had. My husband was jealous. A bit sad that they were not only out of the Hellene, but also Ruby Red beer from the Wayfarers Ale Society (which we had just been to before awesome local beer). So we had to settle for some local cider from Truro, which was still great! Their chocolate chip cookies are also delicious! We will definitely be back!

The best ravioli I have ever eaten! I can’t wait to go back. The service and food is excellent!

We love this cosy nook serving up homemade pasta in decadent sauces. It's a great place to stop while travelling up to The Lookoff and for our East Coast Glamping clients it's a great place to pick up artisan pasta for an easy campfire dinner on your arrival night.
