Mcdonald's - Porter

Bad service and also about me for my 4b spicy crispy chicken sandwich meal, which were fries old, cold and nasty and the chicken sandwich was also cold and disgusting. I was charged $10 for this meal and never received my refund. I'll never come back to get food. if I could make a 0 assessment of the evaluation, I would

Saturday was probably the worst mcdonalds experience I had long ago. we ordered by the app, got our reception on the car through, they gave our order to someone else, the first guy in the window then explained that they must have messed up their order online because we did not have it when I showed him the entrance of his answer, I was not know what they say and went away. I asked about a manager when he came back, the manager seemed legitimately confused as to react. I went into the load. there were several door-sh orders without taking on them, giving up to the wrong people, mistake in the orders that it was chaos. When I asked the manager if there was a warehouse manager, he said no, he didn't know who that was. I had to perform it step by step, which would be a good answer to my situation. then it took 20 minutes to get our order. the total time at this site was 38 minutes for some nuggets, pommes and a chicken sandwich. I feel honestly bad for the loading manager who has to deal with the complaining. I hope that was just a bad evening.

Location always has issues I ordered a sausage egg mcmuffin and this is what I get. I called corporate for a refund then this guy calls me back from a unkown number few days later tells they will give me a refund to come back in. I did when i asked for the refund at they store they tell me they did not know what i was talking about. I am still waiting for my refund Will!

Saying thank you to a customer after taking their money , saying enjoy your food or come back and see us or have a good night those are all just nice things to say.. but this location ... opening the window handing the bag of food and saying nothing SAYS alot!!Do better!

Great service except for one small bit. I ordered fries, but they didn't put it down, so I only got my burger. Other than that, it was great service and they were very kind!
