Clam Portland

Awesome menu. Lobster rolls were excellent. Crab dip was excellent. Vibe is great especially when weather is nice.

Stopped by for lunch during the Labor Day weekend. I ordered the clam chowder and the lobster roll. The chowder was delicious, and the portion was huge. The lobster roll was my personal best ever.My wife ordered the crab cakes. Our friend ordered the fish and chips. They decided to share their dishes.They were both surprised by how big the portions were. Both thought the crab cakes were very good. Almost entirely crab. Both commented that the fish tasted very fresh and that it had the right amount of crunchy coating.Now we're hoping that they're not going to close for the winter because we want more!

Amazing new spot right by the water in Portland. Great beer selection and the food is fantastic!

The location and atmosphere is good. I really liked the setup a lot. Especially if you enjoy beer or a margarita. Relaxed atmosphere for hanging out. Service was good and people were kind. The food unfortunately was mediocre for me. We had fried clams and fish and chips. In particular, the fish had a thick heavy batter with a flavor that didn’t complement the lighter fish flavor. The clams were fine but nothing remarkable unfortunately. For $50, I was disappointed and wishing I had gone to a dedicated clam bar instead of what felt a little more like a beer garden with clams.
