Dunkin' - Portsmouth

Over the years that I have visited this location for a morning lifesaver, I have noticed there is something special about this store and the employees. The staff stands out in their warmth, courteousness, professionalism and overall service to the customers compared to other franchise restaurants and frankly, in comparison to many other service oriented businesses. This morning, after an especially positive interaction, I felt compelled to reach out and share my observations. Congratulations to the Salema family ownership team and your dedicated staff. Got my order correct! The other day I got sugar in my ice coffee ... said NO SUGAR!

We ordered a dozen assorted donuts to go, we're not impressed with DD. They used to have a great product, but this one is average at best.

I'd give it 5 stars when they start making donuts in house again.

Shuts down frozen drink machine 3 hours early on a 88 degree day...15$ a hour? More like 6$ a hour
