My girls Flatbread was overcooked, flavorless, and hard to chew, and the chicken on my chicken and waffles was also overcooked and dry. It wasn't busy so I guess the kitchen is inexperienced. After tip it was over $70 and not nearly worth it.The atmosphere is as expected from a restaurant at a golf club. Bland and a bit loud. The server was charming and attentive.I dont golf, so there's no need for me to ever eat there again.
I was just there for the 2023-24 bowling league banquet, the food, drinks and service was amazing.
We were a group of 13 with 1 waitress who couldn't handle such a large group alone. She was sweet as cab be and professional but very frazzled. Drinks were wrong, food was given to wrong person. She needed help. It wasn't fair to her. They knew we were coming so they should have had help for her. The Food was great. I will go back and happily have the same waitress with a smaller group. They hurt need to do better for their staff. I am a f b manager which is why I understood the unnecessary chaos and wish they had help for her.The steak cheese bomb was a bit greasy but delicious! The Buffalo chicken rolls and Feta dip Apps were amazing!
Grill 28 is a hidden gem. The quality of the service coupled with world class fresh cuisine. Makes this location the perfect place for date night or a business luncheon. It is now my go to place and number one in the Seacoast .
I had a rehearsal brunch at this facility in the sim room. The food and drinks were good, but they seemed unprepared for us and the service was very slow. The server we had was very short and rude with us. The coordinator Kate went MIA even after I asked for her 3+ times. Communication to book the room was also difficult. I had to triple or quadruple call and email before I got an answer. The layout of the tables was not thought out well. They had to move all the tables in order to use one sim screen for a short time toward the end of our event. There was room enough to set it up so everyone could eat and sit at their tables while others could play but it wasn't arranged in a way we could do that. They also had a very difficult time setting up the slideshow presentation I brought. It took probably an hour to figure it out. All in all, my guests had fun and it was affordable, but it was awkward and I'm not sure if I'd book there again. A few family members commented that they felt like we were not welcome.
