Panera Bread - Portsmouth

I was in the Portsmouth location earlier today and Bobbi Jo (who was behind the food counter was friendly, upbeat and very appologetic for the food taking longer than expected. My sandwich had burned because the panini grill was too hot and she communicated wonderfully with me and let me know what was happening. She made sure orders went out promptly and correctly, and if they didn't she made it right. Thank you :

Great, friendly and fast service. Great food. Great value! Love the Creamy Tomato soup and turkey sandwich; and my husband loved their lobster roll.

What can I say everything is great here I only wish they offered soufflés for lunch as well. I have been for breakfast and most times they are already sold out.

Amazing customer service! I went in today with my hands full to say the least. I had my 10 months old on one my hip and my diaper bad on my other. I just wanted to have a nice little lunch date with my little man. The woman who took my order was so nice. She brought over my drink and a highchair and then my food got served to me. I was a little worried how I was going to manage carrying food while holding my son because I didn't want to leave him at the table alone but I didn't even have to worry about it. You guys rock :
