Oscar's Bar And Grill - Portsmouth

It was a refreshing change of pace to chain locations. Food was ample and tasty, service was very good and server was courteous and inviting. Jazz music in the background was also a great touch. It was also great to be able to make a dinner reservation as opposed to wait in line scenario. Great place to dine with spouse or significant other or couples.

Food and service was excellent. The live band was so loud, we couldn't have any conversation with our guests

We had a very good time and meal. Seemed like last years meal was hotter and this year it wasn't really too hot. The soup didn't have steam coming off it and could've been drank with no burn. Not that you want burnt but with the food was a little hotter. Something didn't agree with me or my gf both of our bellies are tore up.

Filet was excellent, do not recommend the prime rib as it was very tough and chewy. Overall nice Valentines Day dinner.

The server was nice, but he brought our soup and salad, then the duck each within minutes. There wasn't enough room to lay the plates. Then he forgot to get our payment. We had to fly him down
