Egoista - Póvoa de Varzim

The only negative point of this restaurant is its location. It is inside Póvoa de Varzim Casino and as I think that the recent Casino management spoiled and destroyed the charm and beauty of one of the most emblematic buildings and institutions of the North of Porrtugal,therefore I had to point it as a constraint. The restaurant itself is fantastic. The food is of excelence, a masterpiece of the art of cooking. The choice of menus (food and drinks) is always exquisite and very well supported by the excellent service. I am very surprised that this restaurant is not inclued in the list o the best restaurants in Portugal!

At Egoista every time you have dinner you know you will have great service and amazing food. A truly amazing dinning experience.

Be prepared for a culinary masterpiece. I´ve been several times to this restaurant and it always surprises me in a positive way. Last time I went for the truffles themed dinner. Wonderful! Weal balanced, perfect timing, good wines choices. So this is really a must try restaurant, perfect placed inside the casino, with a lot of parking choices.
