The only thing I can really complain about is the long line. But to be honest, it really wasn?t all that bad. Considering this is the best place for coffee, I think it is worth the little 5/10 minute wait.
Honestly, I held off on reviewing this place to be fair. I figured because it was New and because of COVID, maybe they would get their stuff together. But here's my take.... First off they almost never have what you want in stock. Food, drink you name it. Second is the service. It is very often very slow and if you place a mobile order and wait there for a few minutes no one will ask you what you are waiting for. IN FACT they will avoid eye contact and never turn their back to see if anyone is waiting for service. Last is the wait. I don't know if they need to hire more people or what but the wait at this location is painful. I would save yourself the time and drive to one of the other Starbucks in the area. I will be nice and give 2 stars though because they have never messed up a drink order. So at least you will get you second choice drink after your 10- 20 minute wait.
All ice no spice, all water no cream. Drinks made horribly. Drinks were watered down. I bought 5 drinks and spent close to $40 dollars for WATER!! Drinks have blocks of ice. We tried asking for them to fix our drink since they gave us wrong sizes and wanted to reduce our sizes instead. Cashier was friendly and appreciated his customer service. Overall, bad experience. I?m just traveling through and expected to have a good experience at every Starbucks and this was beyond horrible.
I mean what's not good about Starbucks, oh I know the drive thru line????. This location usually moves pretty fast so it's not a major issue unless you're squeezed for time. You could always go in for faster service. Haven't had a bad drink here yet always consistent but I was told my favorite flavor will be going away till spring????. I'll have to try other drinks to see if I can find a new favorite. Staff was professional, friendly and helpful to my inquiries.
I've read a couple of reviews talking about slow service and snarky employees. I visit this Starbucks location at least five times a week. I'm greeted with a good morning Skip every time I visit. I end up shooting the s with some of the staff to see how things are going. They are always friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. However, I cannot see the same for the customers. I've witnessed customers mistreating the Starbucks team several times. I've never once witnessed any kind of retaliation or heard snarky comments from the staff. So, the next time you're standing in line, tapping your foot waiting on your snowflake special. Try putting yourself in their shoes, just for an hour, and the next time you come in, you will stand silently until your coffee is placed in front of you.
