I ordered the veggie breakfast veganized and I must say I was disappointed. the toast was boiled too long and was dry, the spinach was unavoidable and was obviously made from a frozen package. the tomato and mushrooms were also blanding and needed a lot of salt and pepper to taste them ok. the only real savings was the coffee that was beautiful and hot.
The vegan burger is good and so is the coffee at this place. Good local place for breakfast.
Clearly marked menu with plenty of vegan options. I had the beetroot koftas, and it was absolutely delicious! The coffee was also really good, this was a really nice little spot. The staff were also really lovely, the place had a real friendly vibe Updated from previous review on 2023-11-24
A great spot, with warm hospitality and some great vegan options. I enjoyed my 'special of the day ' which was falafel in a italian style tomato sugo. Served with fresh bread, this was a decent serving and tasty. I noticed a healthy salad option, as well as avo on toast, and others to chose from. Great coffee, and I noticed it 's a local fav.
Yum coffee but a single shot doesn’t hit the spot for me. I always get a double. They use Alternative Dairy Co oat mylk: creamy, delicious and made in Australia from Australian grown oats. It’s my new preferred plant mylk since Oatly fell out of favour. There’s usually one vegan desert on offer which is usually also gluten free. Why? Why lump all the dietary requirements together? This usually [censored] me but their lemon polenta cake and apple pie were actually both really good! They do a vegan burger that sounds pretty yum too. The staff and management all seem very friendly. They love dogs! And so do I!
