Too many homeless people lingering around and feels unsafe to bring kids. I won 't ever step in this place. I 'm surprised this manager isn 't enforcing the no loitering policy. But I 'm sure they are afraid to do so.
This Dunkin' location is in the south part of Providence, which unfortunately has many people that seem to be looking for day jobs or chores and/or homeless people. I stopped here recently on my way to the Rhode Island Free Clinic where I volunteer to get a nice donut with sprinkles. The drive through gets very busy during peak times, blocking the traffic on Broad Street, mostly going southbound, so be patient and plan accordingly. Not really a place where I would walk in to grab some food, but drive thru is not a bad choice at this location.
These folks are over charging for things through the drive through, I paid $3 dollars for a small hot coffee, they are lucky I didn’t think of asking for the receipt.
The worst Dunkin I have ever been to. The girl making sandwiches was rude and ignorant and on top of all of it I didn't get half of the stuff I paid for and waited 40 mins for my order
