Brick Oven - Provo

Polite, happy and helpful staff, food was amazingly good, was not in over 10 years and yet it tastes as good as I remember. The building is very clean and has a beautiful aroma, with a very professional Italian feeling, dining room was quiet compared to other restaurants. The salad bar is huge with so much to choose. Root beer is still homemade and tastes pale and satisfying. The pizza I had was a Meats-A pizza and had so much good taste that the Marinara sauce was the best I had. Your breadsticks were also great. I have so many good things to say, I plan to come back as soon as I can. Thanks, Brick furnace team, good.

We had 2 gluten-free pizzas, they gave them 5/5. Krusten were pretty good for gluten-free, square shaped. I also had a regular crust pizza, round. If you like sauce, maybe ask for extra. It was pretty good collage area pizza. The salad bar looked pretty good. Besides, we have a free rootbeer!

10/2021 Be cautious when coming to bring oven when they are busy. Lots of mistakes are made, even when waiting to be called to your table. 09/2021 Brick Oven is back to it's best. If you've had a bad experience here recently, like me the last two times I've been, they've improved a lot! Very much love the pizza, the Salad Bar is amazing again, and the service was very attentive. If you haven't ever been to Brick Oven, I highly recommend the pasta and salad bars. Also, totally worth it to call ahead because they can get very busy when you least expect it.

BBQ Chicken pizza and salad bar were very good. Been a while since we've been there. They offer bread sticks with the salad bar instead of the grease drenched Texas toast they used to serve. Those bread sticks were awesome! Ask for doing sauce. Went back 3 weeks later... Highly disappointed. Salad bar and soups were mostly gone and a mess. We asked that it be refilled and cleaned up... Didn't happen the whole time we waited. It was really sad. Lots of people standing around wishing they had provided better service. They should have stopped seating people until they had made it presentable and refilled the offerings.

Great food. Great salad bar. Great service by Lindsey. They gave me desert for my birthday. Monday night apparently is free root beer if you order pizza. We will come again next time we are in town.
