Mint-Choc chip was pretty glacial, was it the end or beginning of a tub maybe?! The staff wanted to help us, but had to continue to confirm what would be vegan. You could have made milkshakes with milk or hot drinks. Fascinated to try a vegan bubble tea next time. Shame the wafer mixture is not vegan.
The main location in Hexham may not be open every day, despite their posted hours. They have a smaller satellite location connected to a children's playground in Prudhoe, which is more consistently open, but it does not have all the same items (such as shakes, bubble waffles). As another review mentioned, it may not be worth a special trip, but it is decent and offers three regular vegan flavors.

We decided that we wouldn't make a special trip, but would return if we were in the area, perhaps taking a leisurely stroll by the river with family. The salted caramel flavor was delightful. The Mint-Choc chip was a bit strange, maybe it was the beginning or the end of something exciting?! The staff were eager to assist us but had to double-check which options were vegan. It would be great if they offered milkshakes made with plant-based milk or hot drinks. I'm curious to try their vegan options next time. It's a pity that the waffle mix isn't vegan-friendly.
