Tocayo Mexican Grill Cantina - Pueblo

After my meal here I would definitely recommend staying away people. I had ordered and what is pictured is surfing and shaking. my meal was by far the most disappointing I had since moved to colorado. it had no taste at all. the six pieces garnel that formed the seafood part were so overcooked that they were gummy the steak while properly cooked 0 season. the suppe, all in taste like shed trench noodles water with twirl and pfeffer in it. the beans were skillful and reis tasted like ketchup. the waitress was nice, but never really came to the table after eating. the presentation was terrible, as the bowl in which it came was blown everywhere and the wooden thing that the bowl had placed on the table stuck old dried food to it. while the prices were good, it was small.

Tocayo is our favorite restaurant! I like to try different meals on the menu and I'm never disappointed! the owner is always present and keeps it clean with a funny environment. all staff are very friendly and hard work!

Eating was full of taste. the personal was great. kid kind. is defined to go back. highly recommended.

I have always had a great experience here, it had been a while though. We stopped in a few nights ago. Waited a 45 minutes for someone to get our drink order. No problem, they eventually came out. We sit there for another 30 minutes, no one came for refills or our order. 2 hours in we get to order. We finally get our order after being there 2.5 hours. We then proceeded to wait another 45 minutes for the bill. Food is delicious, but staff was rude and distracted. I'm not sure we'll be back.

Service was what made this bad. Waited nearly an hour for our meal and only had a table of 4. Ran out of drinks several times and could not find our waitress to order more. One of my table mates waited 20 minutes for a glass of watOrdered the queso and some of the worst I've had. How does a Mexican Grill mess that up? When our food arrived, it was extremely mediocre. No flavor. We tried to talk to our waitress about our service and also at one point asked to speak to a manager. When we requested a manager we did not get one....only got excuses from our waitress. Will never return! For 4 people, the bill was $115.
