Contribuisci feedbackThe bar that is located inside CNIT (one floor vs. the level parvis) is fairly quiet and it allows to speak quietly. The kitchen may not leave an unforgettable impression, but remains correct. I tested a Power Bowl with shrimp, it's a rather light format, with a sauce served next to it (more visual impression than gustative). The service is nice.
Hot goat salad: cold goat (even after returning to the kitchen, basic mesclun, cheap ham, non-existent seasoning. Olive veal: passable (products of poor quality cooked quite) Ok it’s a brewery, but it doesn’t justify not cooking well and offering “ cheap” products. 1 star instead of 0 is justified by a courteous service and a room leader who came to hear and explain himself about the situation. Unfortunately, that's not enough... It’s really not up to a 4* hotel brewery (in France).
Very average quality meat for rather high prices
