Contribuisci feedbackLet me start by saying food is excellent! But only Drive-Thru is open, Dinning room closed! Why? Covid is over, everyone else's dinning rooms are open! Are the managers and shift-leads just to lazy to clean after customers so you wont open the doors? Also asked for receipt when handing clerk my card, after taking payment she only handed my card back, I thought receipt would be in bag with food... No Receipt! There custom service is TERRIBLE!
If I could give a zero star rating I would. Everytime we've come here, we've had the same girl take our orders and hand us them. Every time, she messes up our order. This time, we went for dinner for the three of us in my family. She forgot to give us the kid's meal caprisun (both times, and the applesauce the first time), gave us no receipt, had issues listening to us for our order so we were repeating over and over what we wanted, and when she comes out to give us our food, she brings no drinks and she's on her phone blatantly. When we said we were missing the caprisun, she acted as though she thought we were trying to get a free one. Her name's Sophia, and I wouldn't recommend coming here thru the drive thru if you want your order made correctly, THE FIRST TIME.
My husband ordered a basket of chicken, a famous bowl and 2 burgers for our kiddos. Got home and his basket was NOT what he ordered. Also, they forgot his sides. Joshua was nice enough to tell my husband that they were “closing early due to short staffing”, and that the order was rung up different (even though the person who took the order confirmed what we wanted). We are okay with all of that, but they were in such a hurry to get out early that they couldn’t even apologize or even offer to maybe even give us the sides we ordered with the chicken. Hell, we would have been happy if he showed us a bit of empathy, rather than looking at my husband like it was his fault. Shout out to Joshua for showing how customer service should NOT be handled. Maybe it’s time to train your staff properly ??u200d Looking forward to their standard “we will address the problem with our team, thank you” which shows a lack of caring and indicates that maybe there needs to be a change in ownership because of the consistent issues that have gone unchanged and unaddressed.
I ordered food around 750 to 8 pm. Line wasn't long at all.. I ordered 2 chicken sliders. 2 kids cheeseburger meals that come with fries and a drink. They said to pull up since they were waiting on the burgers.. I pull up and wait for about 2 mins. Lady brings me food and I get home and see there's 1 chicken slider. 2 burgers and 1 fry. I was missing 1 chicken slider 1fry and 2 drinks.. I paid $15 and only got half of my order. I haven't been to A&W in years and now I remember why. I also didn't have a receipt in the bag or when the lady gave me my card back...Honestly you weren't even busy to say you forgot. I had 1 person behind me.
Dining room was very cold when we went today around one. Food was ok, obviously microwaved it was ready so quick. Had to go to counter for fork, napkins
