Very fine hotel with a great location. Top floors have excellent views. Only caution is a steep stairs to reach the lobby area. Doormen are there to help with luggage but mobility impaired person will have difficulty
Hotel Manoir Victoria has recently been renovated and rooms are now modern, comfortable and well maintained. The front desk is staffed with friendly knowledgeable bi-lingual people who welcome you and help you in whatever way they can. Quebec City is a truly beautiful city with extraordinary restaurants, gorgeous parks everywhere and a boardwalk along the river that is second to none. Wear walking shoes and be ready to climb steep streets and stairs. The City is built on hills. Hotel Manoir Victoria is in the middle of Old Town and in the middle of the action. Take a city bus tour to get your bearings and enjoy!
Having caught the train up from Montreal to finish off our holiday, this hotel just topped it all - it is visually stunning and the staff courteous and helpful. Our rooms were brilliant, with comfortable beds and good showers. It is very central, with a quick right turn outside the main door and a 10 second walk and you're on one of the main streets (though you'd never know it from the inside of the hotel!)Having checked in, the front staff gave us a local map, marked up were the hotel was and circled Old Quebec with the advice of "walk in any direction and you'll find something" - how true!Had food in the restaurant too, which was very good!Only possible downside are the room doors are quite heavy and make quite a racket if left to close or slammed shut
Welcoming and very comfortable hotel, ideally placed at a closet of the old quebec. the rooms are spacious and very quiet, excellent and hearty breakfast. If you are a bit in a hurry or taken short the restaurant the mulay, contiguë, allows you to have very good meals (dining or supper at quebec) in a friendly setting.
