Green Valley Gourmet Market - Queens

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Big menu. I had a bacon Cheeseburger with seasoned French fries. Cooked very nicely. Will be going back soon.

The sandwiches are a 3 out of 5. Sandwiches, meats cheese is in the front counter fridge so things arent freshly sliced on the spot. It's a good spot to go to at night since alot of stores are closed. At the time of this review they close at 11 pm. The stores products are priced more than other stores.They make smoothies all day cold press fruits and vegetables.

Ordered a chicken salad from here to very delivered. The food arrived promptly, but there were issues with the food. For one, the chicken seemed to be undercooked. Another thing was I found a hair in the salad. Since I had my hair wrapped up throughout the time I opened the salad, I can guess that it was from someone who prepared it. The food upset my stomach I was burping for several hours. I won't go back.

They totally make up prices. On Grubhub the price is lower than in person for certain items. I have never seen that before. I even questioned him. . So I figured, let me just write a review. And one counter person says something different than another counter person. Nothing is consistent in the store. No price list listed for certain things., it is whatever the person wants. Never going back unless truly desperate.

They messed up my orders and then refused to replace them or give me a refund. Go to one of the other delis in the area instead.
