Wendy's - Quezon City

Growing up, my mom would always take us to Wendy's instead of the other food chain loved by kids. That's why I was so glad that Wendy's has a branch in Eastwood now. I can get to taste the meals we used to eat before anytime I want! They have this PHP 125 meal comprised of a small sundae, chicken nuggets, burger, drinks, and fries. For me, it's very worth it. I love their salad too!

Me and my friends had been ordering several times to this branch but just ignoring their lapses on their services many times as well not until recently.  It's sooo frustrating and disappointing knowing and expecting that you are getting your order correctly and trusted the person attending to you that they got everything, then in the end you just found out that they missed your order. I bit of a hassle but i went back and explained about the missing order, even making a dispute about the whole thing. Yet they still insisted they have given you complete order. Good thing there was CCTV to back me up on their lapses.  I was so disappointed and just took the refund.  I would suggest to train your service crew and staff well and inform them to focus on customers needs and orders correctly.  Even double check with the receipt before issuing the order.  I was so dismayed of what happened and i don't like going back there.  These cashier attendants have been sooo absent minded a lot of times.  Please TRAIN YOUR STAFF VERY WELL....

One of my experiences here in Wendy's is when I'm close to eat the french fries of other customer because we have the same order. I'm currently waiting for my order that time and when the crew put the food in front me that I thought is my order. When I grab the fries she told me that's not my order ha-ha. Fries are too lackluster. Fried Chicken are way too salty and lacking character. A shame to have in a country where fried chicken joints are everywhere serving up addicting fried chicken. Restaurant a but too cramped. I felt the food was unhealthy while I was eating, but unlike other fastfood restaurants there was no element of satisfaction on the food to warrant a second try.
