Evelyn's Club Main - Racine

I visited Evelyn's in the past with a friend who was visiting from overseas. She wanted to try some local beer in downtown Racine, so we ordered a Spotted Cow and a Riverwest Stein. Unfortunately, the beer was sour, and the lines seemed dirty and poorly maintained. This was not the first time we had a bad experience there. Thankfully, we ended up stopping at another bar nearby and ordered the same drinks, which confirmed for her that it wasn't just a Wisconsin issue. I wouldn't recommend ordering the tap beer there, as it seemed like it might have been old.

Jessica consistently makes the best **** marys ever and is warm and easy to speak.

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. It was my first visit, and the server was very friendly and attentive. The beer selection was excellent, and the atmosphere was enhanced by great music. Overall, a lovely place!
