Mcdonald's - Raymondville

Old frying oil. My chicken sandwich looked blackened. When exchanging it the manager says it's the oil. We mention that the oil needs to be changed then. They bring us another blackened chicken sandwich and finally we just settle for a burger. Poor management!

Went to drive thru at around 6am and got a medium coffee, apple pie, sausage and egg McMuffin meal with apple juice. Order was correct and food was ok. At the checkout though it took 10 min to get the food. Then the tab was $10.03. I gave her a 20 and she gave me $9.00 back. Then she said all she had was pennies and asked if I was ok with not getting my .97 cents back. I said how about I give you a nickel and you give me a dollar instead. She gave me the stink-eye but I got my change. Was she trying to give herself a tip? What McDonald's thinks it ok to not have change in the register and stiff the customer almost a dollar? Management at this franchise needs to check the training and/or ethics and morals of who it is letting run the register.

The restaurant is so dirty, especially the kid’s area. Make sure to take your Clorox wipes if you go there.

Got the most HORRIBLE experiance today. I took them half an hr to get one mcdouble and small fries done. Had me waiting out in the drive thru meanwhile im seeing people the big orders going out right away. I take it upon myself to go inside and ask where my order is at and some little girl named Faith had the nerve so say oh i gave that out already along time ago rolled her eyes and turned around my response was appearantly not im still here i waited another 10mins inside to get my food finally its done and the little girl FAITH (skinny, highlights in her hair, not to dark bt not to light either) dicided to almost throw my food at me on the counter. Baby girl or anyone working there if you all do not i repeat DO NOT LIKE YOUR JOB please quit and have someone else take your place im pretty sure they will appriciate more than you do.

Always getting orders wrong, so double check your bag before you drive off! Tonight they had some real winners working the drive thru.......I ordered chicken nuggets for my wife, and they asked what flavor sauce like normal. I replied bbq sauce and can I have extra please. I pull up and pay and get our food and ZERO bbq sauce packets. ZERO!! 2 napkins and 3 packets of ketchup. So like I said before you leave the window check your bag!!
