Chili's Grill - Reading

The first time I visited this restaurant it was fantastic! However, every visit since then has been disappointing. It seems like either the management or the staff has changed, as the quality of the food has significantly declined. The soup is suspect - it appears that they simply top it with cheese and microwave it. The chicken tasted old and seemed like it had gone bad, with the solution being to drown it in more sauce. The fries were stale and hollow inside, leaving a chalky taste in the mouth. The drinks are watery and unfulfilling. When I tried to address an issue with the management, they ignored me and walked away. The prices have gone up by 4 dollars, yet they continue to cut corners. This is not fair to the customers who frequent the restaurant. Additionally, be warned that you may experience digestive issues after eating here.

The restaurant manager, Nathaniel Epler, was fantastic in fixing my food order and ensuring that the ribs I received were of high quality. The ribs were delicious and the service was excellent. We will definitely be returning next time we are in the area!

This restaurant offers a great variety of delicious dishes, including both American and Mexican cuisine. The prices are reasonable, and they also have a selection of combo meals available. Don't forget to request the complimentary chips and salsa when placing your order!

Waited about 15 minutes to be greeted after being sat. Gave entire order. The soda, chips and salsa came right out. My margarita was never delivered. Dinner came out, was informed they had to remake my dinner salad. A drink was finally deliveredto the table but wasn?t what I ordered. Was asked if I wanted it, said no I wanted what I ordered. Here they made the correctdrink but trashed it because they thought it was wrong. Was told it would be awhile because they were busy. Waitress said she?djust take it off the bill and I wouldn?t be getting my drink. I brought up I still hadn?t gotten my salad and didn?t want it atthis point. The restaurant wasn?t even half full and customers were just sitting waiting. Only gave 2 stars because we did getour dinners correctly delivered. Won?t be back anytime soon.

Horrible Service! Came in to enjoy a nice meal, walked in at 9pm and we had to wait to be tended to while the workers were just talking to each other. A gentleman finally came over to ask how many of us we told him and he looked at the time and walked backto the kitchen. Didn?t tell us what he was doing or to give him a minute or anything. Another worker came out from the kitchento look over at us and the two of them just sat there talking to each other instead of finding us a table or communicatinganything with us. They close at 10pm, a whole hour before they close and it seemed like they did not want to serve us at all sowe walked out! Do Better Chilis!
