Ordered a mozzarella Bella because it 's vegetarian and it came with meatballs and marinara on it. And as you can tell by the pic it has excessive amounts of pesto and was put together poorly. Called the restaurant and they weren 't apologetic at all, just come back and get another one if you want. Such an inconvenience but I get that mistakes happen. I wouldn 't even be writing a review right now if he would have just apologized once and offered me a credit for the future instead of saying I have to come back now. So I called back to say I 'm unable to come back right now and see if there 's anything else they can do and no one will answer the phone. Left a voicemail. Pretty annoyed that I just wasted my money, subway isn 't cheap. If it was food for one of my kids I 'd be even more annoyed right now.
Came here in the evening a little while back and the lady at the front of the line was being insanely picky and rude (e.g. "Lots of house sauce! No! No! That 's way too much! Disgusting!! Start over! but the lone worker did an excellent job at remaining collected and working fast.Once grumpy was gone, that worker helped the rest of us so quickly and efficiently, and my sandwich was delicious!
First time going back to Subway since the menu has changed. It’s so expensive now and the subs were not good at all. What a waste of money! The bread was dry, thin and crumbly and then everything turned into mush. Chicken was gross tasting and the mozzarella big chunks of cheese were disgusting. It was pricy before but at least the food was good. Now there’s no way I’ll be going back again.
Went to order online and they are charging $8 a cookie, I know sometimes things get upcharged through apps but that is ridiculous
