Mr Creaton's Coffee Shop - Redditch

This restaurant has a limited and overpriced menu with low quality dishes. The sofas are dirty and the bathrooms are disgusting. If you're only looking for ice cream, it's okay, but otherwise, I would recommend avoiding this place. It's a shame because the location is actually quite nice.

Based on the numerous negative comments, I believe I can answer my own question about this restaurant. My family often visits the center so our 2-year-old granddaughter can play in the playground, and we went yesterday. The café owner is missing a great opportunity to make this place successful, but major changes need to be made quickly. The staff working there are extremely unhappy and unfriendly, making it difficult to enjoy your experience. We couldn't even get a high chair because half of the seating area was closed off for cleaning by 4pm. The food selection is limited and overpriced for its poor quality. Despite the café getting full quickly, it's unclear how they will accommodate everyone. We continue to go there only to please our granddaughter, but the people of Redditch deserve better than this. Major improvements are urgently needed.

This restaurant is horrible. It's very expensive, with a limited selection of dishes, and the baby changing area is not usable. The whole place needs to be remodeled and started fresh.

We visited with our baby grandson for a cup of tea at 4.40 and were told that we could only have a drink to take out as they were closing. This was despite the cafe advertising its closing time as 5.30. The staff appear apathetic and barely civil and the choice of food and beverages is very limited with no healthy options. What a dispiriting and depressing place this is and the toilets are filthy. Surely whoever is responsible for this place could do better than this? They could hardly do worse!

This place is vile. My message is simple; do not go near the toilets as they are FILTHY and are currently not fit for human use. What the hell is the management thinking, READ THE REVIEWS and clean the place up.
