Starbucks - Redhill

I don't evaluate the place the food/drink. dieuck's coffee is bitter. they are really coffee taste drinks. they change the decor in this location every couple of years. many people come to work from here, as there are many electric plugs available and free Wi-Fi. also free parking for 3 hours.

I have been coming to this Starbucks with my daughter for many years have seen many changes staff turnovers! It’s always been our favourite one, and has become our second home as we are here pretty much every day! We are always greeted by name asked how we are there are always smiles too. The majority of the staff are very friendly and extremely helpful accommodating. Our drinks are often pretty complicated they all work very hard to get them right! Occasionally things go wrong, but because we make an effort to be polite friendly, the problems are always corrected straight away and most of the staff go above beyond to make us happy. We don’t expect perfection as there are often new staff, but sometimes the new ones need a little extra help with how to show customer service… one of the new girls completely ignored me when I was waiting to place my order recently, not on just one occasion, but twice! She was literally away with the fairies, like she was in a trance! The manager saw her the second time apologised to me. I was also given a free drink the next time I came in! Artan has always been very polite, helpful charming to us, and we really appreciate that he will always go out of his way to put things right for us if they need it! Fortunately there are enough wonderful friendly staff to make up for the couple that fall short of the standard. Too many to mention them all, but our absolute favourites are Matteo, Sam, Felix, Ahmed, Marie, Lilibet, Anneline, Niamh, Diana, Tabby, Abi, Sheri, phoebe, Duygu, Bejna, Jodie, Sydney. Without our extended Starbucks family, it would not feel like a second home, so we thank them all for looking after us on our frequent visits!!! Love from Julia Sophie

The manager and his team are fantastic. Every morning, they provide service with a smile. They are always very accommodating regarding my milk allergies, which is incredibly reassuring. This is my daily coffee break, and I'm always welcomed with a smile.

I had a wonderful visit at Dieucks in the charming village of Hooley. It's a fantastic stop when traveling between Gatwick and London.

I find myself wanting to visit this restaurant almost every day! The staff are incredibly friendly and polite. Even during busy times, they greet everyone with big smiles. They also make my coffee delicious. I prefer coming here because of the warm atmosphere created by the staff. They pay great attention to hygiene as well. Overall, the friendliness of the staff truly stands out.
