Papa Johns Pizza - Redlands

Medium pizza was smaller than most other pizzas. I ordered the meat pizza. I found it to be very dry. It's the worst pizza i've ever had. Will I go back, no! no!.

One of the managers here, Megan went above and beyond after a DoorDash delivery person literally had my pizzas folded in on themselves from keeping them vertical in their car (just why?? . Megan was quick to offer a replacement and was friendly throughout the whole process. 10/10 Customer service!

Geez man! after asking them to refund my money or give me my order. They have not responded to me. The store manger keeps saying it’s an issue with my bank, it’s been over 3 business weeks no refund. My bank told me the business did not issue a refund. I left phone number, email and the store manger is a lying theif. Argued each and every time I placed a call to the store, I lost patience. She kept hanging up the phone to not have to deal with an issue. Go to hell!

This used to be my go-to for pizza. No more. $6 delivery fee only to be pawned off to door dash and receive ice cold pizza. Also they changed the crust. What used to be a delicious, fresh tasting bread is now pre-made, mass produced, bland cardboard.
