Himitsu Teriyaki Redmond Ridge

This place has excellent service and makes some quite good teriyaki. they are quite expensive, but I mean his quite typical for most teriyaki. I would say that the price us well for the food quality and service they offer and if they get the chance to definitely support this sweet little place!

Customer service is great. The entire staff was very hard working and enthusiastic. And they have really good pizza

The staff was friendly and food was okay. Nothing exciting about the food. I would be okay eating there but wouldn't probably crave it. Contemplated giving 3 stars but that seemed too harsh as the food was genuinely okay/not bad.

I got the bento dinner, and I can't believe the vegetable tempura was a fried potato like the ones that come in McDonald's breakfasts, and one of the smallest prawns I've ever seen. That and two gyosa, which weren't even on the menu. I thought the tempura would be some vegetables like it said on the menu, like green beans or squash or sweet potatoes. The California rolls were pathetic, and didn't even resemble the nice ones in the picture online. I have not tasted the salmon that was in the bento box but it doesn't look too good either and certainly not fresh. I live up on Novelty Hill and I sure miss Tokyo teriyaki.
