The quesadillas are honestly some of the best I've had, and the guac is always fresh and delicious. They're occasionally out of some ingredients, but never any that would really make-or-break a meal, in my opinion. Mask mandates are ever changing, but the requirements for entry to the restaurant have always been clearly posted on every door.
It's a chain, so you know what to expect, but bumped up to 5 for the service. Plus it's a really convenient location, so that's good, too. I wouldn't exactly call it authentic Mexican dining, but the options and customization are great. Plus the crispy quesadillas are the BEST.
Closed today 1/9/21. No notices on the door, on any site. The door is just closed and the lights are off. Update: they actually came through and gave me two free meals. Just for the excellent user support and the fact that the food was fresh and well prepared (taste wise it's nothing out of the ordinary, almost like regular home food, very lean in flavor).
I don't know where all the negative reviews are coming from. Maybe people just have very high expectations. Every place has its bad days, but Qdoba very rarely disappoints and I eat here regularly. Good portion sizes, great prices (by Redmond standards, anyway), and quality ingredients. I've never had food poisoning or a stomachache after eating here for 2+ years which is more than I can say for any other fast food place I've eaten at regularly for a long time. The macros (protein, carbohydrate, and fat content) are an especially great split for people who work out or are physically active in general. Qdoba is great for someone looking for something that tastes good, isn't priced too high, is fairly healthy, and is always fresh. Just be sure to drink plenty of water after eating salty foods. PS. Their bowl with brisket is my favorite
Order a couple of chicken bowls through uber eats. The bowl was missing half of the ingredients that I had selected during order. Missing one ingredient might be ok but missing so many is just not done. If they don't have the ingredients, they shouldn't accept orders. Moreover the bowl was half filled, totally not worth the price I paid. No Fajita veggies, no corn, no tomato, no onions, no cilantro.
