Busy store due to hospital location. Staff works hard and they are friendly.

Most rude staff I’ve experienced from every province I’ve been to. Correct your staff. It isn’t hard for them to acknowledge customers. Absolutely disgusting. Haven’t heard one good thing before I came to this Tims and they were all right. Step it up have a customer service day I’ve managed several Tim Hortons. Two times I’ve been through now and not one time they say hi or bye or thank you or anything they just toss your stuff at you. Horrible. Definitely worth driving else where. Better service with a smile.
This Tim Hortons location is always chaotic and disorganized. The staff are constantly rushing around and seem unprofessional, even when it is not busy. They often ask customers to pull forward and wait for their order, even when there is no one behind them in the drive-thru. This can result in long wait times and cold or incorrect food. The staff also don't give customers a chance to set their drink down before handing them their food. Unfortunately, I have had this experience multiple times at this location.
