I've come here for both lunch and happy hour. The happy hour is one of the best deals I've ever seen for happy hour around this area.
Am quite disappointed in my last visit here for a number of reasons.
Very pleased with the quality of the food at this Asian fusion restaurant This is the second time going to Rangoon in the Bay Area.
