I can make calls and save myself a little time or personally and they are still quite fast with the order. eating always comes right and the portions fit the taste. the options for aromen in the wings and species of sauces make really for a good variety. I think I finally found the combo I like best. it's not the best wings I've ever had, but it still deserves five stars for everything I'm expecting when I want to wing.
I agree with other reviewers here - terrible customer service! I placed an online order from my car and waited for it to be ready. When I entered the restaurant and stood in front of the cash register, no one greeted me for about 5 minutes while a line formed behind me. I had to speak up to finally get someone's attention, and even then I had to apologize three times before my order was handed to me. By the time I got my food, it was cold. The chicken sandwich was disappointing, just a piece of chicken between two buns with three pickles. The Louisiana sauce was overpowering, and it seemed like the sauce was applied excessively on everything.
I love coming to this Wingstop, it's one of my favorite places for wings. However, today I noticed that the working conditions for the employees were unsafe. It was a hot day outside, around 91°F, and it was just as hot inside the restaurant. The employees mentioned that the AC was not working and when asked about it, they were told that it wasn't programmed to be on that day. I requested to speak to the manager to see if they could unlock the thermostat, but unfortunately, the manager was unavailable. It's concerning to think that an employee could potentially suffer from heat exhaustion in these conditions. I feel sorry for those who have to work in such a hot environment.
I don't usually write reviews, but here we go. I went at 11:30 in rwc winsgtop and there were no other customers. the load seemed to get mobile orders, but there was no other except me. I had about 30 pieces togo folders, which took about 30 minutes to make. when I came home to enjoy my food, I realized that I lacked my fries, which I confirmed especially after buying extra ranch sauce, which was paid, as well as an 8-part lemon pfeffer all-flats order, which is considered to be 8 pieces no sauce mixed bone in huhn. I know that errors can happen, but it seemed no more than 2 commands to be processed at a time. that seemed to be careless for the order and to disregard, especially if it is not even busy. I called three times to ask for a partial refund and no one answers the call. I will never order from this place again.
The working conditions for employees at this Wingstop are unsafe. Despite being one of my favorite locations for wings, I was concerned when I visited during a heat wave, with temperatures reaching 91°F outside. Upon entering the store, it was also uncomfortably hot inside. The employees did not have the AC on, explaining that it was not programmed to run on Labor Day. I requested to speak to the manager to adjust the thermostat, but he was not available. One employee mentioned that he had already discussed turning on the AC with the manager, but was denied. I am worried that someone might suffer from heat stroke working in these conditions. My heart goes out to the employees working in such an uncomfortable environment.
