Cafe Nine Ninety West - Reedsport

If I can't make it over to the valley for my favorite drink, I'm not so disappointed anymore. Ruthie's truly embodies the spirit of "Back to the Best." I remember when she used to deliver her cookies to the coffee shop where I worked more than ten years ago! I recently had a chat with her and learned that she's looking for someone to run the place like she does so she can focus more on her cookies. I love that she considers her beginnings, but of course she does—she's been successful for so many years. You have to try the Santa Fe; it's amazing!

I never actually went inside, but I used the parking lot. From what I could see and smell, it seemed like I really missed out. The smoked salmon, with or without bones, is definitely a treat for those of us with discerning palates. Plus, it's homemade!

Excellent coffee. The smoked salmon was wonderful, good flavor without being overbearing. Efficiency at the window and very friendly. Very accommodating, I didn't quite get the drive through window but they let me walk up and order anyway.

Great sandwich at a great price. Skip Subway, this place is better. Delicious homemade potato salad too. Friendly people too. Glad we stopped in on our way through.

The coffee was delicious, and our server was an absolute pleasure! They have some excellent food options as well; I wish we had discovered this place before heading to the McDonald's down the street.
