Boston Pizza - Regina

As always, the food at Boston Pizza is not disppoint. The service was ok, not very attentive or friendly. Maybe the end of a long shift?

We were staying at a hotel near this BP. After driving all day, my boys didn't want to go into the restaurant to eat so we did take out. The food was your average BP meal. I'm glad that we asked whether there was cutlery...in the takeout bag because there wasn't. Not a big deal but you would think they would ask it you needed any cutlery. This restaurant is located out of the way near a bunch of hotels.

I have been to a quite a few different locations for this chain, but my experience at this location has left me with no choice but to abandon it altogether. I had placed an order for pick up. I had asked if I could get...grilled chicken instead of crispy. They told me no problem. When I got there to pick it up, I paid for my order and received it. Just by chance, I checked and it contained crispy chicken, not grilled. I asked them to correct my order which they said they could do. While waiting, I inquired what I should have done to ensure my order was correct the first time. They said to order grilled. I explained that’s what I did and they got it wrong. They offered no other help. A manager then appeared so I asked him the same thing. He said nothing in return. I asked what they do for gluten free options and he told me I needed to specify it’s an allergy. I explained to him it wasn’t an allergy but a choice. He seemed to brush me off. I finally got my order and went to leave. The door hadn’t closed yet but I could hear him say “whatever “. I turned back to ask what that meant and he ran off to the kitchen. I don’t think I was being unreasonable, I wanted to clarify how to get what I ordered. This manager was in a position to teach the young servers how to deal with customers properly. Instead, he showed them how to lose customers. Boston Pizza, I will NOT be back

Nothing but disappointment every time. Ordered the turkey dinner poutins very little engraving, less cheese and 3 pieces turkey we thought were croutons. I asked for more water for my tea and was brought a new tea bag for which I was charged for... an extra tea, what a demolition. I guess this place has to be at the bar. The food is simply not good, the service is less sufficient and it seems to be all about how much money they can get from people. Walk over the parking lot to Western Pizza and get a real meal.

The restaurant always delivers excellent food and service. The atmosphere could use some updating, but I acknowledge that it can be challenging to make a profit in the restaurant industry.
