I adore this restaurant. They serve incredibly fresh, homemade food that is ideal for college students. Whenever I have a long day at school and need to grab a quick bite, their cheese, bean, and ranch beef sandwiches with a granola bar hit the spot. Their cold brewed coffee is also fantastic - I had a cup before a late night class and ended up staying awake until 4:00. Highly recommend, but maybe not the best choice if you have an early morning the next day.

The Thai chicken soup served at this restaurant in Regina on alternate Fridays is some of the best in town. This homemade dish is full of delicious goodness. And don't forget to try their addictive homemade Granola Square as well!

My son and I have been coming to this restaurant for years. They offer a variety of wraps, sandwiches, soups, chili, and pastries. The cinnamon rolls are exceptionally large and delicious. I highly recommend trying their house-made granola bars. The service is always friendly and efficient.
