Wouldn 't leave us the food while he went back to get the machine, and they wouldn 't take payment over the phone. Called and canceled the order and the girl on the phone just said Okay in a demeaning tone and hung up the phone. Driver still came back half an hour later with the machine wanting me to pay for the soggy old pizza he was driving around with, an hour after we were supposed to get it.
Love Panago!!! We really need to bring this franchise back to Winnipeg!
Always a decent pizza and good customer service experience. The only gave 4 stars because they removed the roasted garlic topping option. It was the only chain pizza restaurant that had it as a topping and it was my favorite thing to add to all pizzas. With it gone, I'm tempted less by ordering pizza.
I came here to pick up an order, and the employees were incredibly rude and aggressive for no reason. They were yelling, snapping at customers, and even suggested they could refuse service for using profanity, which was inappropriate—especially with children waiting in line witnessing the whole scene. After this experience, I will never spend another dime at the Rochdale Panago, and my friends and family feel the same way.
I enjoyed the flavor of the plant-based pizza, but it was a bit on the dry side. I think they could work on improving that.
