Our waiter was kind enough to get his manager involved to try it themselves, and they were also taken aback by the level of heat. I believe they should indicate on the menu that the coconut shrimp is spicy. While they did bring me a replacement dish, my family had already finished their meals, so only two of us were able to eat. I had to ask multiple times for our drinks to be refilled.
My parents celebrated their 58th wedding anniversary at this restaurant. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, the service was impeccable, and the food was absolutely delicious. We enjoyed every moment of our time there and will definitely be returning in the future. Highly recommend for any special occasion.
We had a fantastic meal with excellent service at this restaurant. Both of us enjoyed the delicious Ultimate Feast, with fresh and tasty fish. The Sangria was a highlight for us. We had no complaints and were pleased that there was no loud music, allowing us to enjoy a great dining experience. Red Lobster is always our go-to choice for family celebrations, and it never disappoints.
The food was very good and the service was ok. it seemed a little disorganized, even without haste and not busy. they must make the first impression when they come through the best. our server was great when we came by the door and said that they could not find my reservation and we had a reservation. not important because it was half empty on a Tuesday night
I ordered coconut shrimp and never asked if it was spicy, as I like everything, but not anything that burns my mouth and throat. I could not believe how spicy it was. Our waiter was very good and he called a supervisor and they both tasted it and were surprised how spicy it was. I think you should say in the menu that it is spicy coconut shrimp. I know most people like spicy, but not me. They brought me some plain shrimp, which was okay, but my family had already eaten, so only ate two. Had to ask three times for hot weather.
