Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

1st time visit Rehoboth DE location. I had the best experience in the drive-thru, manager Kristin J was so helpful and polite in taking and handling my order, and the other manager (man) was equally helpful catching me before I left to fix my order. I never had that much great service in a fast food drive-thru.

Great place. Food is always hot and fresh (and delicious). The owners are wonderful and treat their customers with respect. Place is always clean too. I'm a huge Popeye's fan and this place is right up there with the best of them.

Came into the store and some older gentleman was tweaking about his food. Apparently it wasn't up to par with his expectations. After the mangers handled the situation (very well) I got to order my food. I got it to go and this is some of the best chicken I've had in a while. The taste and texture was exquisite. So glad I stopped by tonight. I highly recommend the tenders. The crispiness was perfect along with the buttermilk ranch to add some extra flavor.

Nice location. Easy in and easy out. Never run out of chicken.

I went through the drive thru, got home and my order was wrong. I said ok I'll just get another through doordash. It arrived blatenly wrong again. The dasher brought this to the workers attention and they shrugged and said if they dont like it give them a refund, we don't have that. So instead of saying we are out at the drive thru they switched it and did the same with doordash. They blatenly rip people off and are your typical lazy a workers who don't care...even the manager. Stay away. I'm going there tomorrow to have a word.
