The staff appeared annoyed to have to serve customers, and the lack of proper hygiene measures during the ongoing Covid pandemic was concerning. Some staff members were not wearing masks, one was coughing and another was sniffling with a cold. Proper hygiene practices, such as wearing masks and using tongs, are essential for customer reassurance and to maintain cleanliness. A smile and good customer service are also important. It is best to avoid this restaurant until the pandemic is over or there are changes in staff.
This restaurant is not as good as it used to be. I miss the previous staff members who have left. The service was always friendly and accommodating. I will not be returning.
Just bought 4 pastries from here. The woman serving did NOT wear gloves or use tongs, just bare hands, also whilst handling money! GRIM!!! Especially as the Coronavirus is going round. You Would think this is a basic requirement! Won’t be going back
I go to this bakery a lot but most recently staff just added butter to my roll, didn't ask what bread I wanted or salad. We’re rude and didn’t communicate with any customers. Good value for money. Also saw a fly on the chopping board as she made my roll :
No gloves used by any of the staff. Handling money then food without washing hands or using gloves. Rude service from staff. Would not come here again, I would much rather going to the Lesborne shop. Very disappointed will not be returning to this shop.
