Baja Fresh - Reno

Baja fresh has always been a favorite of me, but this location is in decline. the staff was efficient, but there was a chaos over the salsa bar and müll area; there was a matte folded on the top of the müll area, the bathroom was not clean. concerning food, it was good, but not the standards of other BF sites I was. I was there at lunch break and there were only 1 or 2 other people at the place. it needs something dc or it will go the way almost all other baja fresh restaurants in the west.

Ordered take out on a Saturday afternoon. The tacos had little taste, the carnitas tacos had more taste than the chicken. The rice was dry. We had ordered chips and queso, which had the consistency of water. Won’t be going back soon.

Super slow service even though they weren't 1084462605busy. I think they actually forgot to make my order until I asked about it after 20 minutes. Then, there was a tiny handful of meat in my quesadilla. So I paid meat price for a cheese quesadilla. I know businesses are short staffed, but there was no excuse for this. Doubt I will go back.

Ordered online and paid with credit card. Arrive there and store is closed. No one answered the phone and my money is gone. Very disappointed.

The best thing about our order was that the cardboard container for the chips is recycled. Not the plastic containers that the burrito encjilada style came in though. We ordered ion the app for pick up. Ordered two burritos encjilada style, with 6 salsa choices (3 each included with) queso sides (included) and two drinks of green tea which we also paid for as and add on and should have been included. We received two burritos, soggy gross chips, a small side of guac. That's it. We tried calling them for the last hour and there's no answer! They are 15 minutes away. We will NEVER go out order here again. And will not refer anyone. I used to love one in south lake. Too bad they closed. Don't go to the Reno Baja Fresh!
