Teriyaki Madness - Reno

A friend I visited Teriyaki Madness in Reno on September 16th, 2022 around a little after 12 noon. Not impressed at all. The food wasn?t anything special my bowl came out luke warm. We had asked for extra napkins other than the measly one we each received with our bowls. None extra were brought to us . My friend had ordered a bowl with the drink eggroll, which the eggroll arrived after she had almost finished her meal the eggroll was BURNT. She went to use the ladies restroom said that her shoes were sticking to the bathroom floor that the toilet seat was very loose. The woman who brought our food was harried and a little short tempered as I guess was caused by this establishment being short staffed. We will not be back,

The last few times we?ve been they?ve really skimped on the chicken. This last time, it was laughable. And really burnt. I?ll give it another try but the meat portions and quality need serious work. I also feel like the prices have increased quite a bit despite the shrinking meat portions. The cleanliness has also gone downhill too. Filthy floors, lots on flies and sticky tables. Didn?t see a single thing get wiped down while we ate and tables came and went.

The customer service was A+. The only bad thing I have to say is that if you're getting a teriyaki bowl and they ask you if you want vegetables just say no because really what they mean is you're getting a bunch of lettuce. As you can see in the photo I got one piece of broccoli and two very thin slices of squash. I would have rather skipped it. But again I can't give because the customer service more than five stars and they deserve it they were super polite. Post owners response; had I known that was an option, I would have. P.S. do I have to ask for any burned meat to be cut off prior to being served too!

Love teriyaki madness. Always have quick and friendly service. Not to mention the spicy chicken bowl is delicious! Highly recommend.

I got the teriyaki chicken with frid rice and veggies. And it was so good my taste buds were exploding. They get 5 stars. A must eat at place.
