Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Reston

These are Popeyes, gentlemen! I can never remember having a bad order or experience at one of their locations, and that still applies to this particular place. The restaurant was clean, the staff was professional, fast and friendly. During my last visit I ordered my standard two spicy breasts, big red beans rice and potatoes with Cajun Gravy. I also added the Banana Cream Cake and Cinnamon Apple Pie. This place was always at the point of every visit I had. A

Very poor customer service. The lady who takes orders behind the counter is Carmen, she was rude and gave me the wrong order.

Not visible from the road, need to find on Gmaps. There are free parking spaces on the left side of the building. We ordered in the app but couldn't find out how to add Jalapeños. When we wanted to pick up, they gave us a few. Eating was still hot when we came home. It didn't seem as spicy as our home restaurant in Texas, but tasted wonderful.

Absolutely loved. Great roasted chicken. Not heavy or dry. Thank you.

The food belongs in the trash the owner really needs to watch the workers in this location I got food poisoned not once but several times and they have bad customer service I recommend going else where with your money.
