After some time I found the place empty. Going to the customer's room and asked if there was anything else in stock? Yes, lt. System still 4 boxes. Question in the warehouse then returned; No, we didn't! The friendly cashier immediately found the answer; Wars just new delivery of 30 pallets, maybe the boxes are there. Can you come again this afternoon? Unfortunately no, because I have to go to the office later. Then I only take the 3 boxes, but in one bottle I miss. Then I have to charge them the box without a promotional price, because it only applies to all boxes! 15 euros for a not full box? No! Then you'd rather just calculate the 3 boxes as a VOLL for just 10.99 euros per piece. Then what you did. From my many, many experiences with beverages Hoffmann (advertising articles only in small quantities or not available at all, additions are not available, ... and the customer transition remains to me only the knowledge; Better to drink Good, because the prices are often better and the customer service there is exemplary. Maybe drinks should think about changing the slogan; Customer service we can! I fear, however, from the years of bad experiences, especially in the area that this will only remain a wish.
