White House - Rheinfelden

Unique experience. Everything is designed in white style. Owned by a family dedicated to maintaining this concept. The dishes are also special, not only cooked well but the recipes themselves are unique. Very friendly personnel and an amazing riverside view. Prices are above average, but quite reasonable to the quality level. Advance booking is highly recommended.

A little disappointed after all the good reviews I read... There are not many cocktails (even if the 2 or 3 cocktails created by the restaurant are good), you can't have a starter only because you HAVE to take a main course. The decoration is great, but it's so dirty (dead black insects on the cushions for example) : you can choose to be original but just assume your decoration to be fragile, and wash it more often!

Limited on street parking by meter (free after 8 PM) just opposite the front or a public car park just a few meters further down the hill. Wow factor in presentation. Excellent for a romantic evening. Scenic view of the Rhine from some tables. White is indeed a theme; especially inside so many white objects you get snow blind. Normal expensive Swiss prices. We went for a package with Deindeal. The deal was not as great as claimed according to our calculation. Still a substantial reduction but with no choice of dish. Chicken breast outstanding grilled just right covered with a thin gold foil blanket. You don 't see that every day. Dessert a creative mixture good but none of us could manage the chocolate cream. Salad fresh but nothing special if that 's what you get for 16 CHF on the menu then it 's massively overpriced. Outstanding iced tea with fresh fruit in. Sparkling water served in an open bottle so rather overpriced looks like they just use a soda fountain to pressurize tap water. Drinks for 4 people all no alcohol 60 CHF seems a but too expensive. Overall an exceptional experience. An enjoyable evening for 4. The place is exceptional so I feel rather churlish about using the term overpriced so much in the review but at least you know what you are letting yourself in for.

This family owned restaurant has its completely own style, making it a place certainly worthwhile experiencing. It's designed almost completely in white, giving it a really unique feeling. We went here on a sunny Saturday evening to find a free table outside with view to the Rhine. The staff are very friendly and truly make an effort to help you enjoy their restaurant. For dessert, we had a great dish including cotton candy recommended!
