I am very fond of this town, my friends and the aromas that remain in my memory... the eucalyptus, the ocle, the crane, the estuary... eating in Alameda has transported me to those days, to the food well made, to the affection with which it is made, to the good treatment. We have been colo.at home, eating several days and everything is delicious. The perfect price and excellent quality. I am very picky about cooking when I leave my house and here in Alameda it is a kitchen for 10. Thanks to Rocío for her attention and kindness. A kiss. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
After several days eating here from the menu (very affordable in price), the treatment received and the high quality of the food, I highly recommend this restaurant, very well located in Ribadesella. I have traveled a lot, and I can assure you that in Alameda I have eaten one of the best fabadas and cachopo in my life, but trying the flan, and especially the homemade custard, I have been encouraged to write this review because I have remembered my childhood, when everything was homemade, natural, and with the flavor of traditional Spanish cuisine. We loved this place. We looked for somewhere busy and friendly on our first visit to Ribadesella. We were all hungry but possibly not hungry enough for the great range of regional food from the bargain 14 euro lunch menu, which included a carafe of chilled red, water and lemonade. The fabada was great as was the scorpionfish starter and the hake and roast chicken main courses. The waiter was exceptionally friendly and helpful, particularly as we speak very little Spanish. Highly recommended we’ll definitely be back again later this week!
We ate here twice on our recent trip to Ribadesella. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, allowing us to try out our Spanish but on hand with English menus if needed! The food was lovely, and the whole experience was wonderful. Plenty of locals eating here too, which is always a good sign.
